Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on immediately boosting sales and AOV through incentivized free shipping and upselling strategies, Essential Free Shipping Upsell is the clear choice. Its high review count suggests widespread satisfaction with its core functionality. Conversely, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is ideal for businesses prioritizing data-driven decision-making regarding marketing and product development. If understanding customer attribution, preferences, and satisfaction is paramount, Gojiberry offers the necessary tools. Small stores may find the lower review count for Gojiberry less reassuring; however, the Shopify extensibility and focus on marketing attribution makes this a more strategic growth tool.
