Our Verdict
Based on the available data, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its strong rating and substantial number of positive reviews suggest a reliable and user-friendly solution for managing returns and exchanges. ESP Shipping Protection, with its lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating, represents a significant risk. Until ESP Shipping Protection can demonstrate a positive user experience and build a solid reputation, it's difficult to recommend it over a proven solution like PostCo Returns & Exchanges. However, merchants specifically seeking shipping protection *only* may consider ESP Shipping Protection if thorough testing and validation reveal it meets their specific needs despite the risks.
