Our Verdict
For merchants selling products where price negotiation is common and desired, such as high-value or customizable goods, ES: Request Quote ‑ Make Offer provides a valuable tool to engage customers and finalize deals. The automated response features and offer tracking make it a robust solution. However, the very low number of reviews raises some concerns about its adoption rate and community support.
On the other hand, Product Samples by Luke is ideal for businesses selling products where customers benefit from trying before buying, like cosmetics, fabrics, or food. While its feature set is simpler, its higher number of reviews suggests a more established user base and potentially a more reliable solution. If your business relies on product trials to drive sales, this app is the better choice.
