Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing security and controlled customer access, especially those operating B2B or exclusive stores, ES Customer Approval is the clear choice, *assuming* the app's functionality improves dramatically given the current low rating. However, the limited number of reviews (and low rating) suggests caution. For merchants focused on enhancing customer service and accelerating sales, Mega Callback appears to be the better option, as indicated by its high rating and multiple reviews. Mega Callback offers a straightforward way to connect with potential customers and build trust. Due to the high rating discrepancy, Mega Callback is generally more recommended, pending further development and positive reviews of ES Customer Approval.
Common Questions
Which app is better for preventing spam registrations?
