Our Verdict
Given the available data, Notify Customers appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its perfect rating, positive customer reviews, and wider range of features, including customer syncing, image support in texts, and two-way communication, position it as a more robust and versatile SMS marketing solution. ERDSMS ‑ SMS PAZARLAMA might be suitable for merchants *solely* focused on abandoned cart recovery and who prioritize a very simple, automation-focused solution. However, the lack of reviews and features suggests it might be less reliable or feature-rich than Notify Customers. Merchants prioritizing proven performance and a broader feature set should strongly consider Notify Customers.
Common Questions
Which app is better for abandoned cart recovery?
While ERDSMS ‑ SMS PAZARLAMA explicitly mentions abandoned cart SMS functionality, the superior overall rating and features of Notify Customers likely make it the better overall choice, even for abandoned cart campaigns. Notify Customers can likely handle these campaigns and offer a richer set of additional features as well.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
Technically, yes, but it's generally not recommended. Using two SMS marketing apps could lead to customer confusion and increased SMS costs. It's best to choose one app that meets your needs.
Which app is easier to use?
Without hands-on experience, it's difficult to definitively say. However, the positive reviews for Notify Customers suggest it may have a more user-friendly interface or better customer support. The absence of reviews for ERDSMS ‑ SMS PAZARLAMA makes it challenging to assess its ease of use.
Does Notify Customers support international SMS?
The app description doesn't specifically state international SMS support. You would need to check the app's documentation or contact the developer to confirm if it supports sending SMS to international phone numbers.
Which app is more affordable?
The pricing information is not provided for either app. You would need to visit the Shopify App Store listing for each app to compare their pricing plans and determine which is more affordable for your specific needs.
