Our Verdict
For merchants primarily interested in automating free gift offers based on cart contents or offering BOGO deals linked to specific products, EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift appears to be a strong contender, particularly if they need features like scheduled rules. However, the significantly lower number of reviews compared to TB: Tiered pricing & Discounts should be noted. TB: Tiered pricing & Discounts is the clear choice for merchants who need a broader range of discount options, including bundles and tiered pricing, and are operating on a tight budget. The completely free pricing model and AI theme matching make it especially appealing for startups and smaller businesses. Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific needs of the store and willingness to potentially pay for a dedicated automatic gifting solution.
