Common Questions
Which app is better for reducing return-related costs?
EcoReturns is designed specifically to reduce return-related costs (RTO) through AI-powered automation and encouraging exchanges or store credits instead of refunds. ILS focuses on logistics costs but has more basic return management features.
Can I integrate my own shipping carrier with both apps?
EcoReturns allows you to plug in your own carriers, while ILS seems to be primarily focused on integrating with pre-defined Indian Logistics Services. You'd need to verify carrier compatibility with ILS.
Which app is better for improving the customer experience during returns?
EcoReturns prioritizes improving the post-purchase customer experience with features like a configurable return portal and proactive support. ILS offers basic email notifications and real-time tracking, but the customer experience aspects are less emphasized.
Does either app integrate with ERP or CRM systems?
EcoReturns explicitly mentions integration with ERP, OMS, CRM, etc., through API & Webhooks. ILS doesn't explicitly mention such integrations in the provided description.
Is one app easier to set up and use?
