Our Verdict
The choice between Easyteam for Point of Sale and Releasit Cash on Delivery COD hinges entirely on the merchant's business model and challenges. If you operate a physical retail store utilizing Shopify POS and struggle with employee scheduling, time tracking, or commission management, Easyteam is the clear winner. Its comprehensive staff management features directly address these pain points, potentially leading to significant efficiency gains.
However, if your online store relies heavily on Cash on Delivery and experiences issues with order verification, fraud, or failed deliveries, Releasit COD is the more suitable solution. Its focus on optimizing the COD process, offering partial payments, and implementing security measures can significantly improve order fulfillment rates and reduce financial losses associated with COD orders. A retailer needs to be POS focused to benefit from Easyteam. Without a POS system, Easyteam's offering lacks value.
