Our Verdict
Choosing between Easyteam and Assisty depends heavily on the merchant's primary needs. If the business operates a physical store utilizing Shopify POS and struggles with employee scheduling, time tracking, commission calculation, or payroll, Easyteam is the clear choice. Its POS integration and employee-centric features offer significant advantages in streamlining staff management.
However, if the merchant's primary concern is optimizing inventory levels, reducing stockouts or overstocking, and improving overall inventory efficiency, Assisty is the superior option. Its AI-powered demand forecasting and automated reordering capabilities provide valuable insights and automation that can significantly impact the bottom line. While employee performance can impact stock issues, it is not Easyteam's primary focus. Even a merchant with physical locations would find Assisty beneficial if their most pressing issue is their inventory health. A merchant with a high turnover rate might especially find EasyTeam useful because of the simplicity for on boarding.
