EasyRNG Mystery Product vs Givy → Gift Cards & Giftsfor Shopify (2026)
EasyRNG Mystery Product and Givy → Gift Cards & Gifts, while both listed under the 'Gifts' category on Shopify, cater to vastly different needs and strategies. EasyRNG Mystery Product focuses on a niche strategy of selling surprise items to either boost sales of underperforming products or introduce an element of fun and randomness to the customer experience. Its primary aim is to address inventory balancing and product discovery in a novel way. Givy, on the other hand, is a comprehensive gift card and gifting solution, offering a wider range of features related to gift card management, product gifting, and corporate gifting initiatives. Givy positions itself as an all-in-one solution for merchants looking to enhance their gifting capabilities, offering features like multi-currency support, bulk gift card generation, and subscription gifting. EasyRNG Mystery Product, conversely, offers a simpler, more focused value proposition: leveraging the allure of the unknown to drive sales and move specific inventory. The key differences lie in their breadth of features and target audiences. Givy targets merchants aiming to implement comprehensive gifting strategies and enhance customer loyalty, while EasyRNG Mystery Product caters to those looking for a creative way to boost sales of particular products or categories. The extreme disparity in ratings and number of reviews – 1/5 with 1 review for EasyRNG versus 5/5 with 32 reviews for Givy – suggests a significant difference in user satisfaction and potentially the reliability and usability of the two apps. Merchants should carefully consider these ratings and reviews when deciding which app best fits their needs.

Our Verdict
Givy → Gift Cards & Gifts appears to be the superior choice for merchants seeking a robust and well-received solution for gift card management, product gifting, and subscription gifting. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and comprehensive feature set make it a more reliable and versatile option. It's especially suited for businesses looking to offer multi-currency gift cards, run bulk gift card campaigns, and enable subscription gifting.
EasyRNG Mystery Product, while offering a unique approach to product discovery and inventory management, is difficult to recommend given its extremely low rating and lack of reviews. It might be suitable for merchants willing to experiment with a high-risk, potentially high-reward strategy, but should be approached with caution and a thorough evaluation of its functionality and support.
