Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to create a private or wholesale section within their Shopify store, restrict access to specific content based on customer attributes, or hide prices from the general public, Easy Wholesale Lock for B2B is the more suitable choice. Its granular access control features allow for a highly customized B2B or exclusive customer experience.
However, if the primary goal is to build a robust loyalty program, reward customers for their purchases, and encourage repeat business, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist offers a more comprehensive suite of features designed specifically for customer engagement and retention. The higher rating and similar number of reviews suggest higher customer satisfaction with Froonze, but this must be weighed against the specific business needs related to access control. If both functions are desired, one may need to consider a combination of apps or a more comprehensive all-in-one solution.
