Easy Appointment Booking App vs Iglu PDV ‑ Omnichannel Brazilfor Shopify (2026)
Easy Appointment Booking App and Iglu PDV ‑ Omnichannel Brazil target entirely different segments of the Shopify merchant ecosystem. Easy Appointment Booking App focuses on service-based businesses that require appointment scheduling and booking management. Its strength lies in its integrated calendar functionality, automation of notifications, and customer self-service options. The app also boasts a significant number of positive reviews indicating high user satisfaction. It is designed to be user-friendly with no-code setup. Iglu PDV, on the other hand, caters specifically to Brazilian merchants needing to integrate their physical point-of-sale (POS) systems with their online Shopify stores. Its core value is simplifying omnichannel operations within the Brazilian market, handling payments, fiscal compliance (invoices), and returns/exchanges. The crucial difference lies in their functionality and target geography. Easy Appointment Booking App serves a global audience offering booking solutions, while Iglu PDV is exclusively tailored for the Brazilian market, addressing the unique challenges of integrating online and offline sales within that specific region. Furthermore, the lack of reviews and zero rating for Iglu PDV raises concerns about its reliability and user adoption compared to the established Easy Appointment Booking App. The core difference is that one is a booking app focused on calendar management whereas the other is a POS integration app for a single country.

Our Verdict
For businesses offering services and requiring appointment scheduling, the Easy Appointment Booking App is the clear choice. Its high rating, numerous positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set for booking management, automation, and customer communication make it a strong contender. It is generally a better choice for most business owners.
Iglu PDV ‑ Omnichannel Brazil is a niche solution designed specifically for Brazilian retailers operating both online and offline stores. Due to the absence of user reviews and low adoption rate, this product has a very limited application for most Shopify business owners. The key to its use case would be if you were using Shopify POS and had Brazilian store locations. Without that requirement, this product is not a good fit.
