Its focus on turning first-time buyers into lifelong fans through engaging rewards programs makes it ideal for businesses prioritizing long-term customer retention. Common Questions
Which app is better for a new Shopify store?
Vify might be easier to implement initially, as gift cards are a simpler concept to integrate than a full loyalty program. However, if the store is ready to invest in long-term loyalty, E! can be a good option from the start.
Does E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards offer gift card functionality?
The description doesn't explicitly mention gift cards. Its focus is on points, referrals and VIP tiers.
Which app is better for international customers?
Vify is better for international customers because it supports multilingual gift cards and email notifications.
Is it possible to use both apps together?
Yes, it is possible. Vify could handle gift card sales, while E! manages a broader loyalty program for repeat purchases. This approach would require careful planning to avoid overlapping rewards.
How difficult is it to set up E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards?
While the description boasts friendly support, the wide range of features suggests a potentially more complex setup process compared to the more narrowly focused Vify app. Expect a learning curve when defining points, rewards, referral structures, and VIP tiers.
