Our Verdict
E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is the better choice for merchants who want to create and manage a formal, internally-driven loyalty program with points, rewards, and VIP tiers directly within their store. Its higher number of reviews suggests a more established and potentially more robust platform for standard loyalty programs. Roster: Ambassador Marketing is better suited for merchants who want to leverage external brand ambassadors to generate awareness and sales through word-of-mouth. If you prioritize user-generated content and influencer-style marketing, Roster is the stronger choice. The smaller number of reviews suggests that the app is newer or addresses a more niche need.
