Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a fully automated, visually appealing discount system with minimal manual intervention, DS Auto gift & discount may be the preferred choice. However, the extremely low number of reviews creates a risk. Merchants who need precise control over offer placement, display modes, and comprehensive analytics to track ROI will likely find Upsellio ‑ BOGO & Free Gifts more suitable.
If a merchant is comfortable with a higher risk (due to the low number of reviews) and prioritizes a completely hands off experience, then DS Auto gift & discount is a good choice. Otherwise, Upsellio offers a more proven and flexible solution. Due to more reviews, Upsellio would be a better option for most merchants in 2026.

Both apps can create Buy X Get Y offers, but DS Auto gift & discount advertises a 'Smart Engine' for automatically applying the best discount combination. This feature implies DS Auto gift & discount may handle complex discounts more efficiently.
Which app has better customer support?
The provided data does not contain information on customer support for either app. The number of reviews might indicate which app has more established support resources, but that would be an inference.
