Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a basic, no-frills solution for implementing tiered pricing and automatic volume discounts directly within Shopify, Dr Volume & Bulk Discount is a viable option, especially if they value the native discount approach. Its scheduling feature is a plus. However, given the significantly lower number of reviews, the app is likely newer, and merchants should proceed with caution. Kaching Bundles Quantity Break is the stronger recommendation for most merchants, especially those who want advanced features like bundle creation, A/B testing, analytics dashboard, and live customer support. While it might require more initial setup, its robust feature set and significantly higher review count suggest greater reliability and a proven track record of success.
