DingAI – Surveys That Sell vs FormCRM AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
DingAI – Surveys That Sell and FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder both boast perfect 5/5 ratings, but cater to vastly different needs. DingAI focuses on real-time customer interaction through an AI-powered chatbot, aiming to directly influence purchase decisions and guide visitors through the sales funnel. Its strength lies in converting website traffic into sales through immediate engagement. It leverages an AI agent to answer questions, provide product guidance, and encourage checkout. FormCRM, on the other hand, is a comprehensive form builder offering a wide range of customizable forms, from contact forms to complex multi-step surveys and customer registration portals. Its strength lies in data collection and integration with other marketing and CRM tools. It provides a drag-and-drop interface and supports various features such as conditional logic, file uploads, and integration with popular email marketing platforms, offering merchants the ability to collect leads and manage customer data effectively. While FormCRM also uses AI, its AI is focused on assisting in *building* the forms themselves rather than customer interaction.
