Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs Evereye | Fraud Protectionfor Shopify (2026)
Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Evereye | Fraud Protection are both Shopify apps in the Fraud category designed to help merchants combat fraudulent orders and chargebacks. Deliverlitics positions itself as an AI-powered solution specifically focused on delivery scams and "friendly fraud," leveraging merchant-side data (returns, support messages, etc.) to identify repeat offenders and high-risk orders *before* fulfillment. Its strength lies in its proactive, data-driven approach and customization options. It appears best suited for merchants already experiencing noticeable issues with delivery scams and seeking a granular, hands-on approach to fraud prevention. Evereye | Fraud Protection, on the other hand, offers a broader fraud protection solution with a strong selling point: a chargeback guarantee. This positions it as a lower-risk option for merchants hesitant to commit to a fraud prevention solution without demonstrable results. It focuses on approving more good orders while eliminating the need for manual reviews, highlighting speed and ease of use. Evereye seems aimed at merchants looking for a simpler, more hands-off solution, particularly those expanding into international markets or who are just starting to actively manage fraud prevention.

Our Verdict
For merchants struggling specifically with delivery scams and friendly fraud, and who are comfortable with a more hands-on approach, Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers is likely the better choice. Its AI-powered analysis of merchant data provides a granular level of control and customization to prevent losses. However, the lower number of reviews compared to Evereye should be taken into account.
If your primary concern is minimizing risk and avoiding chargeback costs entirely, or if you're just starting to tackle fraud prevention, Evereye | Fraud Protection's chargeback guarantee makes it a compelling option. Its focus on speed and ease of use also makes it attractive for merchants looking for a set-and-forget solution, especially those expanding internationally. While it may not offer the same level of customization as Deliverlitics, its guarantee provides peace of mind.
