Our Verdict
For merchants running headless Shopify stores with Hydrogen or those seeking deep customization and Klaviyo integration, DB Wishlist might be the better choice, despite its lack of initial reviews. However, this is a riskier option requiring technical expertise and potentially more initial setup investment. The potential payoff is a highly tailored wishlist experience tightly integrated with the brand.
Conversely, Super Wishlist is ideal for merchants who prioritize a quick and easy setup, value immediate results in terms of conversion rate optimization, and prefer features like automated email alerts and social sharing. Its established positive rating and focus on simplicity make it a safer and more straightforward option for most Shopify store owners, especially those newer to e-commerce or without extensive technical resources.
