Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with maximizing email and SMS opt-ins during the checkout process while ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations, Dataships Checkout Opt‑in is the superior choice. Its dynamic consent management and Klaviyo integration directly address these needs. However, for larger businesses seeking a comprehensive customer engagement platform with advanced features like AI-powered segmentation, real-time data tracking across multiple channels, and automated product recommendations, Listrak: Email, SMS & Identity provides a more robust and feature-rich solution. Listrak's real-time API sync with Shopify is also a significant advantage for larger, more complex stores.
