Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on international sales and aiming to simplify customs clearance, Customs Buddy is the clear choice. Its high rating and features geared towards automating commercial invoice generation make it an efficient solution for streamlining international shipping. However, for businesses prioritizing highly customized order documents (pick lists, packing slips, and invoices for domestic and international), Shopify Order Printer, despite its lower rating, offers the flexibility needed to tailor the order fulfillment experience to their brand. It's crucial to note the rating difference; the higher number of reviews for Shopify Order Printer might reflect a larger user base experiencing varying degrees of satisfaction, highlighting a need to consider whether the highly customizable functionality outweighs the reported user experience issues. Therefore, if complete control over the look and feel of all printed order documents is paramount and you possess the necessary technical skills, Shopify Order Printer could still be valuable.
