Customer Accounts Deluxe and Loyoly - Loyalty and Referral both aim to enhance customer loyalty and retention on Shopify, but they approach the problem from different angles. Customer Accounts Deluxe positions itself as a comprehensive customer portal, centralizing various customer-related functionalities like loyalty rewards, store credit, returns, wishlists, and social login into a single customizable interface. It's geared toward providing a branded and personalized customer experience through extensive customization options, including custom fields and styling, appealing to merchants who want complete control over the customer's post-purchase journey. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking an all-encompassing solution to manage various aspects of the customer account experience, including returns, wishlists, and store credit, Customer Accounts Deluxe is the better choice, offering deep customization and control. However, the low number of reviews compared to Loyoly should be taken into account. If the primary goal is to implement a highly engaging and unique loyalty and referral program with a strong emphasis on collecting user-generated content and leveraging referrals, Loyoly - Loyalty and Referral is the stronger option, backed by a significant number of positive reviews and claimed 24/24 support. Loyoly's specialized focus on gamified loyalty makes it ideal for merchants aiming to differentiate their brand through creative rewards and referral incentives.
