CP24 Advanced Wishlist vs Hextom: WhatsApp, SMS & Pushfor Shopify (2026)
CP24 Advanced Wishlist is positioned as a comprehensive wishlist app with integrated web push marketing, focusing on enhanced customer engagement through wishlist-specific notifications like price drops and low stock alerts. It emphasizes customization and language support, potentially appealing to merchants with international customers. Hextom: WhatsApp, SMS & Push, on the other hand, takes a broader approach to customer communication, offering multiple channels beyond web push, including WhatsApp and SMS. This suggests a wider focus on general marketing and customer support interactions. The core difference lies in CP24's wishlist-centric approach versus Hextom's multi-channel marketing strategy.

Our Verdict
CP24 Advanced Wishlist is best suited for merchants who highly value the Wishlist feature and want to leverage it for targeted web push marketing, particularly for price drops and low stock scenarios. Merchants who need a more comprehensive customer communication solution, encompassing WhatsApp, SMS, and web push, and who value a larger user base and established reputation (indicated by the higher number of reviews) should opt for Hextom: WhatsApp, SMS & Push. While CP24 has a perfect rating, the extremely low number of reviews (6) makes it difficult to validate the true user experience.
