Our Verdict
The choice between Coveo AI Search & Discovery and RT: Smooth Scroll To Top depends entirely on the merchant's needs. RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is a straightforward solution for improving website navigation and user experience, particularly useful for stores with lengthy product descriptions or blog posts. It's easy to set up and customize. Coveo, conversely, is a powerful AI-driven search solution tailored for larger businesses aiming to enhance product discovery and boost revenue. However, it requires a Coveo license and integration, making it a more complex and expensive option. Given its lack of reviews, the value of Coveo may be hard to assess. For merchants seeking a simple and affordable way to enhance navigation, RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is the clear choice. For larger businesses with significant investment capacity and a need for advanced AI search capabilities, Coveo may offer a more substantial return, though the lack of ratings should be a caution.
