Our Verdict
For Brazilian merchants heavily reliant on Correios for shipping, Cotei ‑ Correios PAC e SEDEX is the clear choice. It offers the necessary precision in rate calculations, integrating specific Correios services and allowing for customization based on contract rates and package dimensions. On the other hand, Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date is better suited for merchants who require a generalized solution for displaying estimated delivery dates to improve customer experience. Delm is for stores operating with wider geo locations or who don't use Correios for their shipping operations. More information needed to decide which delivery date options are provided. While Delm has a higher rating and more reviews, it addresses a different aspect of shipping that may compliment Cotei rather than replace it.
