COS Order Returns Manager vs SureBright Product Protectionfor Shopify (2026)
COS Order Returns Manager and SureBright Product Protection, while both residing in the 'Returns and warranty' Shopify category, cater to fundamentally different needs. COS Order Returns Manager focuses on streamlining the *returns process itself* for merchants, automating customer returns and offering self-service options. Its strength lies in empowering customers to initiate returns without direct customer service contact and providing merchants with control over return policies. Conversely, SureBright Product Protection is about offering *product protection plans* (extended warranties and shipping insurance) to customers, generating revenue share for the merchant, and building brand loyalty.
