Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with simplifying and automating their return process and reducing customer service interactions, COS Order Returns Manager offers a focused solution. However, the low rating and limited number of reviews are points to consider. ILS: Indian Logistics Services is a superior choice for merchants in India who need to streamline their shipping and logistics operations by integrating with multiple Indian logistics providers. Its high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a more robust and reliable solution. For a business operating outside India, or only concerned with domestic return handling without requiring logistics integration, COS might be a starting point but further research into alternative return management apps with better ratings is recommended. ILS's features would be largely irrelevant outside the Indian shipping context.
