Complaint Guru vs Kustomerfor Shopify (2026)
Complaint Guru and Kustomer, both helpdesk apps for Shopify, offer distinct approaches to customer support. Complaint Guru focuses on a streamlined complaint management system, providing a dedicated page for customers to submit and track issues, emphasizing ease of use and direct resolution. Kustomer, on the other hand, positions itself as an AI-powered CRM, aiming for a comprehensive view of customer data to deliver personalized support across multiple channels. The core difference lies in their scope. Complaint Guru is a specialized tool for managing complaints, ideal for merchants primarily concerned with addressing and resolving customer grievances efficiently. Kustomer offers a broader CRM solution, integrating with Shopify to provide a complete customer profile and enabling more personalized and automated support interactions. While both have perfect ratings, Kustomer's higher review count suggests a more established user base and wider adoption.
