It's ideal for businesses with a higher volume of customer inquiries and a need for a streamlined support workflow.
WhatsApp Notifications+ChatBot is more suitable for merchants who specifically want to leverage WhatsApp for customer support and automated notifications. It's a good option for businesses that want to improve customer engagement and provide proactive updates via WhatsApp. If WhatsApp is a primary communication channel for your customers, this app can provide a more direct and personalized experience.
