Our Verdict
The choice between Codify ‑ Order Cancel and EZLabel: Australia Post Ship depends entirely on the merchant's primary needs. If a merchant is struggling with a high volume of order cancellation requests and wants to empower customers with a self-service option, Codify ‑ Order Cancel is the more appropriate choice. The added benefit of potential reorders further strengthens its appeal. However, if the merchant's main pain point is the time and effort required to create shipping labels and fulfill orders, especially when using Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its focus on automation directly addresses the merchant's operational challenges.
Ultimately, these apps solve distinct problems. Merchants could even use both if their business experiences both challenges: high cancellation rates and inefficient shipping workflows. But if only one can be selected, the choice should be based on which problem has a more significant impact on the merchant's business operations and customer satisfaction.
