For merchants seeking a holistic product personalization solution involving various input types such as text, dropdowns, and file uploads, CM: Custom Fields Personalizer appears to be the better choice, especially given its slightly higher rating and claimed 24/7 support. Its no-code interface also contributes to ease of use. However, if a merchant's core requirement revolves around file uploads with an emphasis on diverse sources, cloud integration, post-purchase submissions and security, File Uploads by UploadKit provides a more focused and secure solution with features like malware scanning and direct Google Drive syncing. The higher number of reviews for UploadKit also suggests a more established user base, despite the slightly lower rating.
