Clouver vs SupaEasy: AI Functions creatorfor Shopify (2026)
Clouver and SupaEasy: AI Functions creator both target Shopify merchants seeking workflow automation, but their approaches and target audiences diverge significantly. Clouver positions itself as a comprehensive automation infrastructure provider, emphasizing developer-free expansion and data security by operating within the merchant's existing cloud environment. This suggests a focus on complex, custom automations beyond the standard checkout process. Conversely, SupaEasy: AI Functions creator zeroes in on Shopify Functions, offering an AI-powered solution for generating discounts, shipping, payment, and validation customizations. It caters to both Shopify Plus merchants migrating from deprecated Scripts and standard Shopify merchants seeking advanced checkout features without coding experience. The most notable difference lies in their focus. Clouver provides the underlying framework for diverse automations, whereas SupaEasy: AI Functions creator concentrates solely on checkout-related functions powered by AI. SupaEasy: AI Functions creator also boasts a strong reputation, evidenced by its 5/5 rating and 162 reviews, suggesting a proven track record and positive user experiences. Clouver, lacking any reviews, presents a higher risk due to its unproven performance and reliability. Furthermore, the target audience differs. Clouver seems to be geared toward merchants with advanced automation needs extending beyond checkout and a preference for maintaining complete data control within their own infrastructure. SupaEasy: AI Functions creator targets Shopify merchants who need to customize their checkout experience without coding, whether they're migrating from scripts or seeking advanced functionalities.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking comprehensive automation infrastructure beyond just checkout customization and prioritizing complete control over their data within their own cloud environment, Clouver *might* be an option, but the lack of reviews presents a significant risk. Its AI-powered generation, Shopify Editions recognition, and positive user reviews make it the stronger choice for checkout-specific automation needs, especially for those migrating from deprecated scripts or seeking advanced checkout functionalities without coding.
