ClientGo – Order Assign vs Workflow Automation—React Flowfor Shopify (2026)
ClientGo – Order Assign and Workflow Automation—React Flow both fall under the 'Order editing' category on Shopify, but their functionalities and target audiences are drastically different. ClientGo – Order Assign focuses on a very specific task: assigning or linking a customer to an order by directly inputting their information (name, email, RUT number, and address) into the order detail view. It caters to merchants who need a simple, direct way to capture basic customer data directly within the order management process, especially if the customer data isn't already present in the system. Our Verdict
For a small merchant who needs a quick and easy way to add basic customer information (name, email, RUT, address) to orders where that information is missing, ClientGo – Order Assign might suffice, assuming it is stable and reliable despite the lack of reviews. However, given the absence of user feedback, this choice comes with significant risk. Workflow Automation—React Flow is the superior choice for most merchants. Its high rating and numerous reviews demonstrate its effectiveness. It's ideal for businesses looking to automate various aspects of their operations, including order fulfillment, customer tagging, marketing, and more. The extensive integrations and automation capabilities offer substantial value, making it a worthwhile investment despite its likely steeper learning curve compared to the very basic ClientGo – Order Assign.
