Our Verdict
Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing is best suited for established Shopify stores that already engage in B2B sales and need a robust solution for managing wholesale pricing tiers. It's for businesses wanting more control over their pricing strategy and likely have a pre-existing product catalog.
SexyLiving: Adult Dropshipping is ideal for entrepreneurs looking to quickly enter the adult wellness market without managing inventory or fulfillment. This app presents a lower barrier to entry for new store owners, particularly those without extensive e-commerce experience. However, the limited review count should be taken into consideration and further research may be required for increased confidence.
Common Questions
What kind of product catalog do I need before using either app?
Clay is for adding B2B pricing to an existing catalog. SexyLiving provides a catalog of adult products.
Which app handles shipping?
Clay does not mention shipping. SexyLiving handles discreet shipping directly.
If I already have a dropshipping business, should I use Clay or SexyLiving?
Neither might be suitable. Clay is specifically for wholesale pricing, not general dropshipping. If you are not in the adult wellness market, SexyLiving is likely irrelevant.
How do the integrations work?
Clay's integration is implied to focus on pricing. SexyLiving explicitly integrates products and order processing.
What are the risks of using a dropshipping app?
Dropshipping risks can include lower profit margins, less control over shipping quality, and dependence on the supplier's inventory management. Be sure to conduct thorough research on SexyLiving before entrusting them with your customer relationships.
