C:Hub Customer Accounts vs Sami B2B Wholesale Pricingfor Shopify (2026)
C:Hub Customer Accounts and Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing, while both listed under 'Accounts and login', serve distinctly different purposes. C:Hub focuses on enhancing the *individual* customer account experience on a Shopify store, aiming to increase customer lifetime value and engagement through improved account functionality and customization. It targets merchants looking to improve the post-login experience for all their customers, offering features like order management, profile editing, and integration with other apps to create a unified customer portal. In contrast, Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing directly targets merchants operating in the *business-to-business (B2B)* space, providing tools to manage wholesale pricing and customer registration. Its core value lies in enabling custom pricing for bulk purchases, offering quantity breaks, and providing a streamlined B2B checkout experience. Key features like a dedicated wholesale registration form and quick order form show it is designed to attract and retain B2B clients. Thus, while both touch the account aspect, their approach and target users are fundamentally different.

Our Verdict
The choice between C:Hub Customer Accounts and Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing depends entirely on the merchant's business model. If the goal is to enhance the standard customer account experience for all customers, providing a better post-login experience and increasing customer loyalty, C:Hub Customer Accounts is the clear choice. Its ability to work with both Classic and new Shopify Customer Accounts adds to its versatility.
However, if the merchant primarily engages in B2B sales and needs a robust system for managing wholesale pricing, quantity discounts, and B2B customer registration, Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing is the superior option. Its features are specifically designed to streamline B2B operations and attract wholesale clients. A merchant with a hybrid B2C and B2B model might even consider integrating both apps to address their distinct customer segments effectively.
