C:Hub Customer Accounts vs Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referralfor Shopify (2026)
C:Hub Customer Accounts and Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral both aim to enhance customer relationships, but approach it from distinct angles. C:Hub focuses on improving the core customer account experience within the Shopify store itself, acting as a customizable portal for order management, profile updates, and reordering. It strengthens post-purchase account engagement. Loyoly, conversely, is a broader loyalty and referral program centered around incentivizing customer actions, primarily through rewards and a wide range of missions to encourage User Generated Content (UGC) and positive reviews. It's designed for merchants prioritizing active customer engagement and brand advocacy. One modifies the structure of the account page and one modifies the experience of customer brand interaction.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with optimizing the customer account experience on their store, providing easy order management and profile updates, C:Hub Customer Accounts is the stronger choice. Its ability to integrate with both Classic and new Shopify Customer Accounts makes it versatile. However, if the primary goal is to drive customer engagement, build brand loyalty through incentivized actions, and generate UGC and referrals, then Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral is the more suitable option. Loyoly's strength lies in its diverse mission library and focus on turning customers into brand advocates.
