Our Verdict
For merchants focused on optimizing the customer account experience with a comprehensive and customizable solution, C:Hub Customer Accounts is the clear choice. Its breadth of features, including order management, profile editing, and custom menus, provides a significant upgrade over Shopify's default customer accounts. However, for merchants primarily interested in gathering login data to improve marketing efforts and identify inactive users, especially B2B wholesale businesses needing to track customer activity, Last Login: Login Tracker is the more suitable and streamlined option. It provides the essential data without the complexity of a full customer account overhaul.
