C:Hub Customer Accounts vs E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewardsfor Shopify (2026)
C:Hub Customer Accounts and E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards both aim to enhance customer loyalty on Shopify, but they approach it from fundamentally different angles. C:Hub focuses on improving the customer account experience itself, offering customization and enhanced functionality within the account dashboard. It's about streamlining the post-purchase experience and making customer accounts a valuable resource for shoppers. E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards, on the other hand, centers around building a structured loyalty program with points, referrals, and VIP tiers. It aims to incentivize repeat purchases and engagement through rewards and gamification. While C:Hub targets merchants who want to offer a better account management experience by enhancing order tracking, profiles, and reordering options, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards caters to businesses looking to implement a comprehensive loyalty program to drive repeat business and build customer lifetime value. The apps are complementary, but not interchangeable. C:Hub streamlines the existing customer account, while E! creates an incentive-based loyalty structure. A merchant could, in theory, use both to have both a more user-friendly customer account area *and* a structured rewards system.

Our Verdict
If a merchant is primarily concerned with improving the functionality and appearance of the standard Shopify customer account, C:Hub Customer Accounts is the clear choice. It provides a powerful and customizable solution for managing orders, profiles, and reordering. However, if the merchant's main objective is to implement a structured loyalty program with points, rewards, and VIP tiers to incentivize repeat purchases, then E! - Loyalty Program & Rewards is the better option. It's designed specifically for creating and managing a customer loyalty program. For merchants with sufficient budget, using both apps synergistically could provide the most comprehensive customer loyalty solution.
Common Questions
Can C:Hub Customer Accounts be used for loyalty programs?
While C:Hub enhances the customer account experience, it doesn't offer a dedicated loyalty program like E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards. C:Hub allows for custom data fields that *could* be used creatively to track some loyalty data, but it lacks the built-in reward system and point management of E!.
Does E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards improve the standard Shopify customer account?
No, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards focuses exclusively on building a loyalty program and does not directly alter or enhance the functionality of the standard Shopify customer account.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
C:Hub highlights 'easy setup,' which suggests it's relatively straightforward. E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards, with its focus on visual customization and gamification elements, might require more time to configure effectively, but the presence of 'Friendly 24/7 support' is worth considering.
Are both apps compatible with Shopify's new Customer Accounts?
C:Hub specifically mentions seamless compatibility with both Shopify Classic and the new Customer Accounts. While E! doesn't explicitly state compatibility with the *new* customer accounts, it would be expected in 2026, so a merchant should verify it on installation.
Which app is better for mobile users?
Both apps are designed for use within a Shopify store, which is inherently responsive. C:Hub boasts cross-device sync for customer account data, indicating a seamless mobile experience. E! doesn't specifically mention mobile optimization, but its reward and referral programs would need to be easily accessible on mobile devices to be effective.
