Our Verdict
Based on user feedback and features, ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its significantly higher rating and large number of reviews suggest greater reliability and user satisfaction. It provides more comprehensive features for customizing shipping rates across different carriers. Chronopost Official may only be suitable for merchants who are primarily or exclusively using Chronopost for their shipping needs and are satisfied with basic shipping functionalities. If your business relies on Chronopost and needs a simple integration, it might suffice; however, if you require flexibility, advanced calculations, and multiple carrier options, ShipX is the clear winner.
