Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a stable and error-free checkout experience, especially those experiencing frequent checkout issues or requiring immediate notifications of problems, Checkout Pulse is the better choice. Its real-time monitoring and Slack alerts allow for quick resolution of critical errors. However, for merchants looking to aggressively boost average order value and leverage upselling opportunities, UpsellPlus is the more suitable option. Its focus on A/B testing, product page, cart drawer, checkout upsells, and customizable thank you pages provides a comprehensive suite of tools for maximizing revenue per customer, but be aware that certain features are Plus exclusive.
