Chatway Live Chat FAQ WhatsApp vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)
Chatway Live Chat FAQ WhatsApp and Relocate+ Order Editor, while both listed under the 'Helpdesk' category on Shopify, address fundamentally different aspects of customer support. Chatway Live Chat focuses on real-time customer interaction, offering live chat, FAQ capabilities, and integration with platforms like WhatsApp. Its strength lies in providing immediate support, handling queries, and potentially driving sales through proactive engagement. It is geared towards merchants who prioritize direct communication and a personalized customer experience. Relocate+ Order Editor, on the other hand, takes a self-service approach. It empowers customers to manage their orders (address changes, product modifications, cancellations) without direct agent interaction. Relocate+ is best suited for merchants seeking to automate parts of their customer service, reduce the volume of support requests related to order changes, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction through self-sufficiency. It sacrifices the personal touch of live chat for efficiency and cost savings. While Chatway prioritizes real-time human interaction, Relocate+ emphasizes automation and customer empowerment. The significant difference in review count also suggests Chatway has been available and used more widely, granting it a potentially larger body of user experiences for issue resolution.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to actively engage with customers in real-time, answer questions immediately, and potentially drive sales through proactive interaction, Chatway Live Chat FAQ WhatsApp is the more suitable choice. The availability of mobile apps for iOS and Android further enhances its value for merchants on the go. Its canned response feature boosts agent productivity. However, for businesses overwhelmed with order modification requests and aiming to reduce support volume while empowering customers, Relocate+ Order Editor is the superior option. The rule-based automation allows for tailored control over what changes customers can make, and its integrations with platforms like ShipStation further enhance its value within an existing operational ecosystem. The higher rating on Relocate+, though based on fewer reviews, suggests strong user satisfaction.
