Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat vs Wizybot ‑ AI Chatbotfor Shopify (2026)
Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat and Wizybot ‑ AI Chatbot both aim to streamline customer support and boost sales through AI-powered chatbots and unified inboxes. Chatty positions itself as a comprehensive solution emphasizing 24/7 AI-driven support, proactive sales automation, and a strong focus on self-service through FAQs. Its headline emphasizes immediately available support. Wizybot, on the other hand, highlights AI-driven personalization and WhatsApp marketing as key differentiators, emphasizing AI-powered end-to-end resolution of issues and scaling personalized experiences. A key difference lies in their emphasis on marketing automation. Wizybot explicitly focuses on WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automated flows, which may be more attractive to merchants heavily invested in WhatsApp marketing. Chatty highlights 'Sales automation' via proactive messages based on visitor behavior, suggesting a more generalized approach. Also, Chatty mentions a mobile app for managing the inbox, whereas Wizybot does not. The significant difference in review count indicates that Chatty has a larger user base and potentially a longer track record in the market. Both apps offer multi-channel inbox capabilities, AI-powered chatbots for handling FAQs and product recommendations, and the ability to integrate with popular platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Email. However, their approaches to marketing automation and support management appear to differ, catering to merchants with varying priorities and marketing strategies.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a robust and well-established customer support solution with a strong emphasis on 24/7 availability and proactive sales automation, Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat appears to be the stronger choice, owing to its higher rating, significantly larger review count, and the availability of a mobile app for managing the inbox. Its focus on FAQ self-service is also a valuable asset.
However, Wizybot ‑ AI Chatbot is compelling for merchants who prioritize AI-driven personalization and are heavily invested in WhatsApp marketing. Its claim of easy setup and specific focus on WhatsApp campaigns make it an attractive option for those targeting that channel. If responding to comments and DMs on social media with AI is a primary goal, Wizybot has a distinct advantage. Ultimately, the decision depends on the merchant's specific needs and the relative importance of comprehensive support vs. targeted marketing automation.
