Cevoid: engagement program vs Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Cevoid: engagement program and Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder, while both touching on customer loyalty, target fundamentally different aspects of the customer experience. Cevoid focuses on building a rewards program to increase customer engagement between purchases by offering points and tiers systems. Its strength lies in its customizable reward structure, competition hosting capabilities, and compatibility with Shopify Markets. Shopney, on the other hand, aims to improve the shopping experience itself by converting a Shopify store into native iOS and Android mobile apps. Shopney's focus is on improving conversion rates and increasing customer retention by delivering a faster, smoother mobile shopping experience with push notifications. Shopney touts its ease of use (no coding required) and app merchandising capabilities, which are missing from Cevoid. Both apps aim to increase customer loyalty but through different mechanisms: Cevoid via rewards and engagement, and Shopney via a better shopping experience within a mobile app.

Our Verdict
Cevoid: engagement program is best suited for merchants who already have a solid customer base and are looking to actively engage them between purchases through a robust rewards and engagement program. Its customizable points system and competition-hosting features are designed for long-term customer retention through direct engagement.
Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder is ideal for merchants who want to tap into the mobile commerce market and improve the shopping experience for their mobile users. The one-click app build and push notification features make it a strong choice for merchants who want to increase conversions, reduce marketing spend, and offer a smoother shopping experience on mobile devices. The high number of reviews compared to Cevoid's single review suggests a higher level of maturity and adoption in the market, although the limited data on Cevoid requires careful consideration of its current market position.
