Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing perceived reliability and a potentially simpler user experience, Census: Customer Surveys might be a good starting point, despite having fewer reviews. However, given the limited information, its full capabilities remain unclear. POWR: Customer Survey | Poll is better suited for merchants seeking a more robust solution with pre-built templates, integrations, and Google Sheets synchronization. The inclusion of an internal email marketing tool (albeit for business users only) offers an additional benefit for those looking to streamline their customer communication. Merchants needing comprehensive feature sets should choose POWR; those wanting a bare-bones solution with high ratings should choose Census.
