Celebros AI Search & Discovery vs Recomatic Related Productsfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between Celebros AI Search & Discovery and Recomatic Related Products face a clear trade-off between advanced search functionality and proven related product recommendations. Celebros promises a sophisticated, natural language search experience driven by AI and machine learning, targeting merchants who want to dramatically improve product discovery. However, it lacks any user reviews to validate its claims. Recomatic, on the other hand, focuses solely on related products, offering an easy-to-implement solution with a track record of success, as evidenced by its high rating and numerous positive reviews. The core difference lies in their scope. Celebros aims to overhaul the entire site search experience, while Recomatic enhances product pages by suggesting complementary or similar items. Celebros caters to merchants with large catalogs or complex product attributes who believe improved search will significantly impact conversions. Recomatic serves a broader audience looking for a quick and effective way to increase sales through strategically placed related product recommendations. The lack of reviews for Celebros is a major consideration, making Recomatic the safer choice for merchants prioritizing a proven solution.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Recomatic Related Products is the more sensible choice given its positive rating, numerous reviews, and clear value proposition. It offers a focused solution with a proven track record of increasing sales through related product recommendations. The ease of installation is another important factor, especially for smaller businesses with limited technical expertise.
Celebros AI Search & Discovery might be worth considering for larger enterprises with complex product catalogs and the resources to implement and optimize a sophisticated search solution. However, the complete lack of reviews is a significant risk. Merchants choosing Celebros should be prepared to invest time and effort in testing and fine-tuning the AI algorithms, and should proceed cautiously given the absence of social proof.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the descriptions, Recomatic appears to be easier to set up, as it's described as 'easy to install'. Celebros, with its AI and machine learning components, likely requires more configuration and fine-tuning.
Which app will have a greater impact on overall site navigation?
Celebros, as it focuses on site search, will likely have a more significant impact on overall site navigation. Recomatic's impact is primarily limited to product detail pages.
Is Celebros worth the risk considering the lack of reviews?
The lack of reviews for Celebros is a major concern. Unless a merchant has a very specific need for its AI-powered search and is willing to take a gamble, Recomatic is the safer and more reliable option.
Does Recomatic offer features for boosting product visibility other than recommendations?
Based on the information provided, Recomatic focuses solely on related product recommendations and doesn't explicitly offer other features for boosting product visibility.
If I want to improve search AND show related products, which is better?
Neither app does both well. You'd likely want a combination of apps, or perhaps an all-in-one solution if such a trustworthy one exists. If forced to choose, Recomatic will at least provide a proven increase in sales. Celebros could be a riskier gamble on improved search that may not pay off, especially without any reviews.
