CB: Social Media Inbox+Support vs Lopaa AIfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing a helpdesk app face a decision between CB: Social Media Inbox+Support and Lopaa AI. CB: Social Media Inbox+Support boasts a perfect rating, albeit based on only 5 reviews, suggesting potentially limited user testing but positive initial experiences. Lopaa AI, on the other hand, is unrated with no reviews, marking it as a very new and untested option. Lopaa AI positions itself as a modern solution leveraging AI for complaint and query management across multiple channels (chat, email, WhatsApp), emphasizing CRM integration and efficient support workflows. CB: Social Media Inbox+Support is targeting businesses using social media actively. The core difference lies in their approach and proven track record. CB: Social Media Inbox+Support offers a product with existing user feedback, focusing on social media. Lopaa AI presents a more comprehensive, AI-driven system for handling customer support across multiple channels, including order tracking, but lacks any user validation at this point. This makes Lopaa AI a higher-risk, potentially higher-reward choice for merchants comfortable adopting cutting-edge, unproven solutions, while CB: Social Media Inbox+Support offers a degree of confidence due to its positive (though limited) user ratings.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing proven performance and primarily using social media for customer interactions, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support is the safer bet, despite the limited review count. The positive initial feedback suggests it effectively addresses the needs of its target audience. However, the lack of comprehensive feature descriptions makes it difficult to fully assess its capabilities.
For merchants seeking a modern, AI-driven helpdesk solution with broader channel support and CRM integration, Lopaa AI holds promise. But given the complete lack of reviews and its unproven nature, adopting Lopaa AI represents a considerable risk. It's best suited for early adopters who are comfortable troubleshooting and providing feedback to shape the app's development. If you need a reliable solution immediately, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support is the safer pick, but Lopaa AI could be the better option in the long run if it delivers on its promises.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the available information, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support is likely easier to set up and use due to its potentially simpler feature set and focus on social media. Lopaa AI's AI integration and multi-channel support may require more configuration.
Which app offers better value for money?
Value for money depends on individual needs. If you primarily need social media support, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support might be more cost-effective. If you require a comprehensive AI-powered system, Lopaa AI might be worth the investment if it performs as advertised, but its lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its true value.
Does CB: Social Media Inbox+Support integrate with CRMs?
The app description does not explicitly mention CRM integration for CB: Social Media Inbox+Support. You would need to verify this with the app developer or check its documentation.
Is Lopaa AI truly powered by AI, or is it just marketing hype?
The app description claims realtime chat with an AI agent. While we cannot verify the effectiveness or sophistication of the AI without user reviews, the claim suggests some level of AI integration. However, without user feedback, it's impossible to know the extent of its AI capabilities.
Which app is more likely to receive ongoing updates and support?
It's difficult to predict future updates and support for either app. However, an app with existing users (like CB: Social Media Inbox+Support) may be more likely to receive ongoing support and updates based on user feedback. Lopaa AI, being new, needs to actively engage with potential users to demonstrate its commitment to long-term development and support. However, it is impossible to know which is the case.
