Cartly Abandoned Cart Recovery focuses on comprehensive email marketing solutions for abandoned cart recovery and customer retention, incorporating email pop-ups, automated email campaigns, and even a spin-to-win discount feature. It positions itself as a simple and reliable system to recover lost revenue through various email-based strategies. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on building email lists and engaging customers through structured email campaigns with features like welcome sequences and win-back campaigns, Cartly Abandoned Cart Recovery is the better choice. Its established user base and comprehensive email marketing tools make it a robust option for improving email-driven conversions.
However, if a merchant prioritizes immediate re-engagement through web push notifications and WhatsApp, especially for time-sensitive updates such as order and shipping alerts or flash sales, PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp is more suitable. Its focus on real-time communication and WhatsApp integration provides a more direct and immediate way to connect with customers. Shopify Plus merchants will especially benefit from the dedicated support offered by PushEngage.
