Our Verdict
If you are selling your time and services and require an appointment booking solution, the BTA Appointment Booking App is likely the better choice due to its core functionality and higher number of reviews indicating wider usage within that specific domain. However, for merchants primarily selling downloadable digital products and seeking a simple, highly-rated solution for delivery and protection of digital assets, EDP ‑ Easy Digital Products is the stronger option.
Merchants should carefully consider their primary business model: appointment-based services versus digital product sales, to determine which app best aligns with their specific needs. The customer support provided may be a deciding factor, and unfortunately this comparison does not have that information to compare.
Common Questions
Which app is better for selling online courses?
It depends on the course format. BTA might be suitable for live, scheduled online courses or one-on-one tutoring, while EDP might be better for pre-recorded video courses or downloadable course materials.
