Our Verdict
The choice between BTA Appointment Booking App and Digital Downloads ‑ MEGA hinges entirely on the merchant's business model. If the merchant primarily offers services requiring appointments, the BTA Appointment Booking App is the clear choice. On the other hand, if the merchant's business revolves around selling digital products like ebooks, software, or music, Digital Downloads ‑ MEGA is the superior option. While Digital Downloads ‑ MEGA has fewer reviews, its perfect rating and specific feature set tailored to digital product sales make it the preferred solution for that niche. BTA's higher review count suggests broader adoption, but this doesn't necessarily translate to better suitability for merchants focused solely on digital goods.
