Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on increasing their average order value (AOV) through strategic upsells and promotions during the checkout process, Brew: Checkout Upsell & Promos is likely the better choice. However, with only 6 reviews, the level of trust should be lower. If the primary concern is streamlining the payment process, reducing the risk of chargebacks, and improving the overall customer experience by offering more relevant payment options, Nex Reorder Payment method seems to be more suitable. Nex's higher review count also suggests a more mature and possibly more reliable app. In a resource-constrained environment, if improving customer satisfaction during payment is considered more important for retaining existing customers, Nex may provide more tangible benefits.
